Return and Refund Policy

Goods Return within fourteen (14) days: Customers within the European Union, who make distance purchases, have the right to cancel the purchase of an item within fourteen days from receiving it. Goods returned within this 14-day cooling-off period will not incur a restocking and handling fee.

Returns Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us first by email at We reserve the right to approve items eligible for return. Securely package the relevant item(s), ensuring it reaches us within fourteen days from the delivery date. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.

Return Address: AHM Cars Limited, For your protection, we recommend using a recorded-delivery service like Special Delivery for adequate insurance coverage.

Note: You are responsible for the costs of returning items to us.

Custom Orders: Special Order and Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless initiated and approved by AHM Cars’ management. You are solely responsible for all risks associated with the return shipping, and we shall not be liable for any loss, destruction, damage, misdirection, or delayed shipment of special and custom-made items.

Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Goods: Immediately notify AHM Cars of the problem and return the goods within 14 days of receipt via email at Package the relevant item(s) securely with your order number.

AHM Cars will refund return carriage costs, with a maximum refund equivalent to AHM Cars’ charges for dispatching the package. Replacement goods will not be shipped before the original items are returned.

Upon receipt of your return package, we'll verify the items' integrity before processing the refund. This process may take 3-5 days, and a confirmation notification will be sent when the refund processing begins.

Refunds are issued directly to the card or account used for the original purchase. If the product is damaged, or the return is initiated after 14 days, a refund won't be eligible.

Installation & Fitment Issues: Some products may require modification, and test fitting is necessary before installation. If you encounter installation issues, contact us at with your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Photos. We reserve the right to modify or override requests for replacement or refund.

No replacements or refunds will be provided in situations where the item(s) has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, or is a clearance item sold on an 'as-is' basis. It's the customer's responsibility to inspect clearance items before purchase.
